Your role

As Compliance Engineer, you will work closely with the Ondorse Revenue team as well as the Product and Tech team.

This person should be excited to play a foundational role as an early member of our sales team. We’ve built an orchestration platform that enables companies to automate business onboarding. Our sales are typically highly technical, involving stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, and compliance.

We have refined our ICP based on demonstrated product market fit in our first market and are looking to accelerating sales.

You will be:

• Analysing and understanding the customer requirements from an operational and compliance standpoint
• Working alongside the Sales team to present solutions to prospects and advise them on the best implementation of the Ondorse platform for their specific needs
• Contributing to preparing commercial offers, answers to RFPs, including business cases
• Working alongside the Customer success team to support the implementation of the Ondorse platform from a strategic, compliance and operational standpoint
• Collaborating with the marketing team on participation in events and webinars, creation of relevant content
• Collaborating with the product team with inputs to the short term, medium term and long term product roadmap
